Essential oils are more than just fragrance—they are powerful tools for emotional and physical well-being. How To Use Essential Oils for Your Aromatherapy Rituals:
• You can diffuse these essential oils individually or find your favorite combo and diffuse them together!
• Add a drop or two to a tissue and inhale deeply
• Add 6-12 drops of essential oil to 1oz. of your favorite unscented lotion or carrier oil (like Jojoba, Apricot Kernel, or Castor Oil) and apply to the skin.
• Add up to 6 drops of one of the calming essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and add to a warm bath to soothe, comfort, and release stress. (A lovely ritual in and of itself!)
• Or simply inhale directly from the bottle!
